• Priority Profile Audit: A paid one-on-one expert session to evaluate the student's study abroad readiness and profile strength.

• Free Tools: Scholarship calculators, visa risk analyzers, financial readiness tools, and study abroad scorecard tools available on the Website.

11. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

It is expressly agreed that the formation, interpretation, and performance of these Terms and any disputes or claims arising here from will be resolved through a two-step Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism. The contents of this clause shall survive even after the termination or expiry of these Terms.

• Step 1 Mediation: In case of any dispute, the Parties will first attempt to resolve the same amicably. If an amicable resolution is not reached within 30 days of one Party communicating the existence of a dispute to the other, the dispute will proceed to arbitration.
• Step 2 Arbitration: Disputes not resolved by mediation will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by Reknown Edu Services®. The award passed by such sole arbitrator will be valid and binding on both Parties. The seat of arbitration shall be Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The Parties hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts at Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

12. Notices

Any communication relating to a dispute or grievance may be sent to Reknown Edu Services® by the User in writing, via:

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, read together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, form the complete and final agreement between the User and Reknown Edu Services® with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements (whether oral, written, or otherwise).
• Waiver: The failure of either Party at any time to require performance of any provision of these Terms shall not affect such Party's right to enforce the same at a later time. No waiver of any breach shall be construed as a continuing waiver.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
