Refund & Returns Policy

Welcome to Reknown Edu Services®. We are committed to delivering premium, high-integrity educational consulting, test preparation coaching, and digital learning products. Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully, as it governs all purchases made through our platform, website, and offline center.

1. Non-Refundable Services & Products

At Reknown Edu Services®, we invest significant intellectual resources, curriculum licensing, proprietary technology, and expert man-hours immediately upon enrollment or purchase. Consequently, the following services and products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

• Coaching Programs: No refunds, cancellations, or fee adjustments are allowed for any test preparation classes (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GRE, GMAT, SAT) or language programs (German, French, Japanese) once registration is processed or class schedules are allocated.
• Mock Tests & Exam Preparation Bundles: Digital testing platforms utilize one-time software licenses and dynamic credentials generated immediately upon transaction. All mock test purchases are final.
• Digital Strategy Masterbooks & E-books: Since digital products are immediately accessible and downloadable upon payment, they cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
• Priority Profile Audit (₹499): Evaluation processes begin immediately upon payment to allocate expert advisors. This service is non-refundable.

2. Study Abroad Consulting Refund Terms

Admissions consulting services operate under a strict Zero-Offers Full Refund Guarantee (Fair-Play Policy). Under this policy, students are eligible for a 100% refund of their consulting fees (excluding any statutory taxes or transaction processing fees) if they receive zero admission offers, provided the following three conditions are strictly met:

• Success Tracker Tasks Completed: You have fully completed all student tasks and responsibilities inside your 23-step Success Tracker on time (including submitting academic documents, attending mock interview assessments, and paying university application fees).
• Balanced Shortlist Agreement: The finalized target list of universities contains at least one institution formally designated as a realistic "safety" school by Reknown Edu Services®, based on your fully disclosed academic profile, GPA, subject background, and language scores. This designation is made solely at Reknown's professional discretion. Any shortlist where the student has withheld, misrepresented, or subsequently altered disclosed academic information does not qualify for this condition, and the guarantee is void.
• Application Strategy Followed: You have submitted the university applications built together, utilizing the customized documents (SOPs, CVs, LORs) reviewed, edited, and approved by the Reknown Edu Services® consulting team.

If all three conditions are satisfied and you receive zero admission offers from the finalized shortlist, Reknown Edu Services® will refund your consulting fee in full.

Admissions Outcomes and Embassy Visas: Outside of the Zero-Offers Guarantee, admission outcomes remain the sole discretion of the universities. Furthermore, visa approvals are the exclusive authority of the respective foreign embassy or consulate. No refunds are granted for university rejection outcomes that do not fall under the Zero-Offers Guarantee conditions, nor for student visa rejections (unless explicitly agreed upon in a written customized contract).

Academic Profile Disclosure Obligation: Students are required to provide complete and accurate undergraduate academic records, including subject-wise course names, credit structures, academic backlogs, and grade transcripts, prior to university shortlisting. This information is material to the quality and accuracy of our consulting advice. Withholding or misrepresenting any part of your academic history that would have materially affected university shortlisting or application strategy constitutes a breach of the consulting agreement and automatically voids the Zero-Offers Full Refund Guarantee, with no refund applicable.

A Note on Programme-Level Eligibility: University admission is a multi-layered evaluation. Beyond GPA and language scores, institutions (particularly in Germany and Europe) independently assess whether an applicant's undergraduate subject background, coursework structure, and credit equivalency aligns with the specific programme's prerequisites. This assessment is made entirely by the university's admissions office and is outside the scope of any consulting advisory. Our shortlisting process factors in known programme prerequisites, but final eligibility determination rests solely with the institution. This is not a limitation of our service. It is an honest fact about how global university admissions work.

Document Integrity and Fraud Protection: If a student presents forged, altered, or incorrect academic credentials, financial statements, or personal records, Reknown Edu Services® will terminate the consulting contract immediately. In such cases, the Zero-Offers Guarantee is voided, and all paid fees are completely non-refundable and forfeited.

3. DPDP & GDPR Compliance

Pursuant to the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union:

• Consent Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw your consent for personal data processing at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
• Erasure Rights: If you request the erasure of your personal data (Right to be Forgotten) or choose to terminate your Student Portal account, Reknown Edu Services® will delete all non-essential personal identifiers. However, financial records, transaction logs, and executed contracts will be retained for the legally required duration under tax and accounting laws.
• Right to Cancellation: Under EU consumer protection regulations, European Union residents purchasing digital goods typically have a 14-day cancellation right. However, by completing your transaction and accessing, downloading, or initiating your digital content (including mock tests, ebooks, or portal logins), you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of cancellation.

4. Technical Failures & Support

If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your digital products (mock tests, e-books, or portal access), or if you discover double-billing errors, please notify our billing department within 48 hours of transaction at info@reknownedu.com. If double-billing is confirmed, the duplicate charge will be reversed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.

5. Force Majeure

Reknown Edu Services® is not liable for failures or delays in service execution (including coaching suspensions or visa processing delays) arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, natural disasters, national emergencies, war, civil unrest, or embassy closures. No refunds will be issued under force majeure events; instead, service timelines will be deferred or online alternative preparation will be offered.
