1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Reknown Edu Services® ("we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to the website, consulting services, priority audits, mock tests, and digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Consulting & Advisory Services

Our consulting services and profile audits are advisory in nature. While we leverage extensive expertise to maximize your chances of admission to international universities, we do not guarantee admissions or visa approvals. Final decisions rest solely with the respective academic institutions and immigration authorities.

3. Payment & Invoicing

All payments for digital products, mock tests, and consulting fees must be made in full prior to the delivery of services. Invoices are generated automatically and sent to your registered email address. All quoted prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Digital Products & Mock Tests: Due to the immediate access nature of these intellectual properties, all sales of E-books, Vault access, and Mock Tests are final and non-refundable.
• Priority Profile Audit: The fee for the Priority Profile Audit (₹499) is fully redeemable against any premium coaching or consulting package purchased within 90 days. It is otherwise non-refundable.
• Coaching Services: Cancellations made within 48 hours of enrollment may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative deductions. No refunds are provided once services have commenced.

5. Intellectual Property (RES Vault)

All materials provided, including but not limited to study guides, roadmaps, and mock test formats, are the exclusive intellectual property of Reknown Edu Services®. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing these materials without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Reknown Edu Services® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or digital products.
